We focus on business needs starting from the organizational size and the volumes and types of printing. The objective is to identify the integrated system of printers and multifunction devices capable of optimizing the process, reducing waste, costs, and environmental impacts.

Based on the identified needs, we formulate a customized proposal, integrated into a single fee that includes:

1. Provision of continuously updated printers;
2. Training for staff on daily use;
3. Automatic toner ordering;
4. Adjustment of the fleet structure at any time according to actual usage;
5. Maintenance with all interventions included in the fee;
6. Continuous assistance both remotely and on-site at the client’s premises.

We take care of installing the printing devices, ensuring their integration into the IT network and full functionality from all involved workstations. To guarantee the company’s operational autonomy, we train the staff on the operation of printers and multifunction devices and on managing routine operations (e.g., printing in different formats, loading paper, changing toner, removing jammed paper, switching from printing to scanning functions).

Each machine is remotely monitored, allowing us to check print volumes and automatically manage toner orders. A dedicated technical support service is available to meet all customer needs both remotely and through on-site interventions. Maintenance interventions are all included in the fee, as the printers are leased (hence the possibility of adjusting the fleet).
